Ōm namaḥ śivāya.

On Thursday, October 10th, 2024, devotees gathered at the MA Centre in Singapore at 7 p.m. to celebrate the 8th day of Navarātri and the second day of Saraswatī Pūjā.

Synopsis of Mādhavāmritaji’s talk:
Amma is nāda-rūpiṇi, the embodiment of divine sound. She has command over all four levels of sound: vaikharī, madhayamā, paśyanti and parā. This explains the uncommon vibratory power of Amma’s voice. Her vāṇī (words) touch, console and guide millions of people. We can propitiate Goddess Saraswatī’s grace through sincere effort and humility.

Amma’s Teaching:
God can be perceived as sound, Nāda-brahman–Sound as God. Amma says that nāda, the divine sound, is more intoxicating than any music. When we chant our mantra, we should do so with awareness and concentration. When we sing bhajans, we should do so with humility and longing.

The program was generously sponsored by Mrs. Kavitha Somasegaran and family, Mr. Sudheer Soman and family, and Mrs. Neeti Sajit and family.

The program concluded with an array of beautiful bhajans.

We invite you to join us for the final day of Navarātri and the final day of Saraswatī Pūjā on October 11th, 2024, at 7 p.m., at MA Centre Singapore.
