Spiritual Learning at Amriteswari Society

Amriteswari Society invites registrations for the following spiritual education programmes that are being taught online:

Stotra Chanting Classes

Special Stotras for Strength and Healing were taught in Module 2, addressing the current COVID-19 crisis.

Taught by an expert in the field, the 5-session module commenced on Sun 3rd May and concluded on 31st May.

Bhagavad Gita Classes 

The classes, taught by our Resident Priest, provide an overview of the 18 chapters of the Bhagavad Gita as well as the study of each chapter. Participants also learn to chant verses from this important scriptural text. 

Ongoing classes commenced on Sun 3rd May 2020 and will continue to May 2021. 

Weekly on Sundays from 4pm to 5pm. Open to individuals aged 16 and above

  • Registration is required
  •  Members – no fee to enrol ; Non Members are invited to sign up for membership at Amriteswari Society so as to enjoy the member benefits above. Alternatively, a one-time registration fee of $30 applies
  • Contributions to meet the cost of preparing and hosting the sessions are welcome
  • No prior experience in chanting is necessary.

Bala Kendra Classes

Our Bala Kendra programme is designed to introduce and interest children in spiritual learning and living. The programme is aimed at nurturing a positive approach to the challenges they face, by guiding them in the application of AMMA’s teachings.

Online classes are held every Saturday from 6pm to 7pm

  • Open to children aged 4 to 16
  • Registration is open throughout the term (3 months). Participants are required to register only once each term. 
  • For Member’s children – no fee to enrol ; For Non-Member’s children – parents are invited to sign up for membership at Amriteswari Society so as to enjoy the member benefits above. Alternatively, a fee of $30 registration fee per term per family applies
  • Contributions to meet the cost of preparing and hosting the sessions are welcome
