About KALAMRITAM

Art is intricately interwoven with Life, Nature and Spirituality.

It serves as the medium through which the human being expresses a range of emotions and situations. Drawing from within the inner depths of the individual, connections are made to a wider universe and to the ultimate truth.

This festival draws art, artists, audience and spiritual seekers together and will be graced by Swami Purnamritananda Puri, a Senior Disciple of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (AMMA).

A platform that celebrates the intricate relationship between Art & Spirituality, it marks the potential through this, for human transformation and upliftment. Focusing on the role of the Arts for moving towards deeper awareness of the Self and the interconnectedness between all beings, the event signifies a collective harnessing of the power of the arts for awakening collective consciousness and harmony.

The evening will feature these concepts through presentations of classical and traditional music and dance by talented and established artists.

The event will culminate in a discourse on Art and Spirituality by Swami Purnamritananda Puri, followed by a guided flute meditation by Swamiji and Prayer for World Peace.
