However\, it takes tremendous spiritual strength to forgive. Spiritual masters\, past and present\, proclaim that forgiveness is one of the highest virtues. Forgiveness is the special focus of the second Asia-Pacific Spiritual Retreat. \nThe first ever spiritual retreat for Amma’s devotees in the Asia Pacific was held last year. Amma was pleased that her children in the region came together for spiritual activities. Since then\, the Asia-Pacific Amṛta Kuṭumbam (Amṛta Family)—or APAK—has been conducting various activities of a spiritual nature.
