DESCRIPTION:A Day of Fun\, Games\, Relaxation & Communion with Nature\nThe Trip to Kusu Island with Swami Purnamritananda Puri provides the perfect opportunity for fun\, games\, relaxation and communion with Nature. The day will include an enjoyable ferry ride\, nature walk\, art activities\, exciting games\, bhajans and story telling. \nDate: Wed 20th November 2019 \nTime: 9.30am – 5pm \nVenue: Kusu Island \n(Meeting Point – Singapore Island Cruise Centre\, Marina South Pier\, 31 Marina Coastal Drive\, S 018988)  \nWho can attend – Children between the ages of 4 and 16. Parents/Guardians are welcome \nOnline Pre-Registration is required. \nThe event will be facilitated by our Bala Kendra’s Sevikas & Sevaks. \nGETTING TO MARINA SOUTH PIER \nVenue: \nSingapore Island Cruise Centre\, 31 Marina Coastal Drive\, S 018988 \n(1 minute walk from Marina South Pier MRT Station. Directions provided at station) \nPlease arrive at the Ferry Terminal by 9.30am sharp. The ferry will leave at 10am. \nHOW TO DRESS\, WHAT TO BRING \nDress Code: \nLong Pants/Skirt and Covered Shoes \n(There may be mosquitoes on the island) \nThings to Bring: \n– Packed Lunch \n– Water Bottle \n– Insect Repellent/Mosquito Repellent Patch \n– Umbrella/ poncho \n– Hat/Cap \n– Small Mat (optional) \n– Personal Medication (if needed) \n– Change of Clothes (optional) \nWHO CAN ATTEND \nThe event is for children between the ages of 4 to 16.Parents are welcome to join us! \nFor the children aged 10 and below\, a parent/guardian is required to accompany the child. \nREGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION FEE \nPlease note that the event is for children between the ages of 4 and 16. Parents are welcome to join us! If your child has special needs\, kindly drop us a line at amrita@amma.org.sg\, before registering for the event. Children aged 10 and below are required to be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. \nPlease complete and submit the online Registration Form. \nA participation fee of $12 per child is payable for the Trip. Please note that the participation fee above is inclusive of afternoon refreshments\, as well as art & any additional materials for children. \nWe request you to kindly make your payment via PayNow\, while registering online. Alternatively\, you may make your payment via credit/debit card (additional fees apply). Payment details are included in the Online Registration Form. \nRegistration closes on Mon 18th Nov at 12 noon. \nDo note that the above participation fee does not include lunch. We request all who are attending to carry your packed lunches. The fee also does not include the ferry ticket ($12 for children below age 12\, $18 for adults) which you may purchase at the ferry terminal on 20 Nov.  \nWe will depart on the 10am ferry and return on the 4pm ferry. Please note that in the event of rain\, the event may be shifted indoors\, to an alternate venue. For the past 30 years\, he has been relentlessly engaged in the very noble spiritual and humanitarian activities of the Math that AMMA envisioned and initiated. \nAn Engineering graduate\, Swamiji had been Research Scientist with the prestigious Raman Research Institute\, Bangalore. Swamiji first met AMMA while on his quest for the secret of life. AMMA’s intense love for humanity\, Her true vision of world peace\, Her avowed compassion for the needy and\, above all\, the profound spirituality that She embodies moved Swamiji so deeply that he became a devout follower of AMMA. \nEver since\, Swamiji has dedicated his life to the cause of the countless noble social welfare activities organised by AMMA.
